Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen visits Crossbridge Energy and Everfuel in Fredericia

Today, 11 November, Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen (S) visited members of Hydrogen Denmark, Crossbridge Energy and Everfuel, in Fredericia. During the visit, Crossbridge Energy and Everfuel presented their wishes for contributing to the local and environmentally friendly development of the region to the PM and the Mayor of Fredericia, Steen Wrist (S).

Both companies emphasised their responsibility to secure and create attractive jobs in Fredericia in connection with the green transition, including construction and scaling of PtX facilities.

During the visit, Crossbridge Energy and Everfuel also had the opportunity to present the HySynergy project, which covers Europe’s largest Power-to-X plant, which is currently under construction, to Mette Frederiksen. The companies are working closely together on the project, where phase I involves a 20 MW electrolysis plant that is planned to be operational in the second half of 2022. The project is planned to be expanded in phase II to 300 MW in 2025 and possibly to 1 GW in 2030.
